I don't know very much about how cameras work, but I would have to say that even to me the difference between this short film and ones shot with regular cameras is clear. The DSLR camera shoot beautiful images and really catches the reflections on surfaces, like when the man is in the helicopter and you can see the entire city just in his sunglasses. Which, btw, why is he wearing sunglasses at night?

Anyway, yes this camera is amazing, and it's super cool that this one little film kicked off such a giant trend in movie making. The film' storyline it's self is great too, when you can ACTUALLY see the sweat dripping down his forehead, my mind= blown.

I mean there are no filler shots, not a single moment when the cinematographer was like "uhh okay wee need 30 more seconds so... lets stare at the streetlight in a un-interesting angle" every image helps to tell the story.
I really thought this film was a masterpiece, even with no dialogue, which is usually a major downer to me. But I understand that Reverie did not need any, the images told the story so well.
